World Vision Australia

Theme: Providing foundations for high performance

World Vision is Australia’s largest overseas aid and humanitarian organisation. As well as providing relief in emergency situations, World Vision works on long-term development projects with local communities to address the causes of poverty and help them become self-sufficient.

Supported by World Vision, the Vision Generation (VGen) is a national movement of young Australians whose mission is to inspire, educate and empower young people in the fight against global poverty and injustice. It is run by young people for young people.

In 2007, Christopher Shen Consulting was engaged by World Vision Australia to develop and run a leadership development program for VGen Executive members.

VGen Executive members examined and developed their understanding of leading, management and developing people, as well as enjoying an engaging, fun and interactive experience.

Christopher Shen was delighted to partner with the committed and passionate leaders of VGen, and World Vision Australia.
