In early 2011, Christopher Shen Consulting delivered a "Communicating with Excellence" workshop to staff and leaders in the Schools Resource Allocation Branch within the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
The engaging forum involved challenging various members of the audience to participate in a conversation about communication and staff. There was a lot of learning and laughter. The format made it easy for participants to remember the practical advice contained in the presentation.
