Christopher Shen

Principal Consultant Christopher Shen has a passion for developing high performance solutions in organisational psychology, leadership assessment and development. An Organisational Psychologist, he has extensive experience in strategic leadership development.

Christopher graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in psychology from Monash University in 1994, and has undertaken postgraduate studies in applied psychology at Victoria University. His career includes senior appointments with international strategic human resources consulting firms DDI Asia Pacific International and DBM.

Christopher’s thoughts on leadership and performance have been published in publications including the Australian Financial Review, Australian Chief Executive, The Sydney Morning Herald, and BOSS magazine.

Christopher is a Registered Psychologist. He holds membership of the Australian Psychological Society, Australian Institute of Management, and the Australian Human Resources Institute.

A key motivation of Christopher's corporate work is his passion for elite achievement in sport and personal development. He is an Australian representative in Wrestling, who has medalled in international competition. He is also a winner of the Young Hero Award for Business Endeavour (1997), and a Finalist in the Young Australian of the Year Awards for Career Achievement (1999).

Christopher is also an accomplished actor, and has performed in feature films, TV commercials, and print advertising.
